    Description

    We are seeking a Product Manager with expertise in Scrum and Agile project management to lead our product development efforts.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to delivery, ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers and align with our business objectives.

    Your proficiency in Agile methodologies will be instrumental in optimizing our processes and driving successful project execution.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the product development process, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

    Utilize Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to manage project execution effectively, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.


    Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize and deliver product features that meet customer needs and drive business value.


    Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies and supporting sales enablement activities.

    Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

    Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.

    Mentor and coach team members on Agile best practices and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.

    Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and innovation efforts.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred.

    Proven experience in project management, with expertise in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.

    Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

    Analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.

    Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.

    Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified ScrumMaster) preferred.

    Experience in the IT industry is a plus.
