    We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to join our Engineering team at NAF.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.


    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the full lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation to closure, in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, testers, and business stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and managing changes as needed.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
    • Communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders, providing transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Coordinate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution and delivery.
    • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, best practices, and quality standards.
    • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment

    Core Competencies:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience managing IT projects, preferably within the Mortgages industry or a related financial services sector.
    • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Azure, Jira.
    • PMP, CAPM, or other relevant certifications are a plus
