    Description

    What We'll Bring:

    We are looking for a motivated operations project coordinator who will work with global and cross-functional teams throughout TransUnion to drive execution of transition plans and special projects related to TU's Global Capability Centers.

    What You'll Bring:

    How You Will Contribute

  • Transition coordination in global setting through facilitation, tracking & reporting
  • Assist in development of transition plans and execute transition for new initiatives and capabilities being built in TransUnion's global capability and functional centers
  • Collaborate with business partner to identify Knowledge capture requirements and support to develop process documentation
  • Coordinate with document specialist and allocate the task efficiently to drive results
  • Maintain management dashboards and reports to capture progress
  • Prepare project status reports

    • What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years of hands on experience project coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex information in easy to consume formats
  • Problem solving skills and business acumen
  • Confidence in collaborating with cross functional teams in global setting
  • Business process documentation / Knowledge capture
  • Proficiency with Microsoft (MS) office, including strong MS excel macro and MS PowerPoint skills

    This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
