    Description

    We're currently looking for a talented professional to join a top-tier client's team on a contract basis lasting between 3 to 6 months. We're seeking an individual who can deliver exceptional services with expertise and efficiency.

    Location: PAN India

    Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days on-site

    Shift: IST

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop customized learning solutions for clients, demonstrating excellent communication skills for effective message delivery.
    • Participate in Agile projects and leverage Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint Online, Stream, Forms, PowerApps, and Power BI.
    • Utilize instructional design techniques and resources to create training materials efficiently.
    • Perform Training Needs and Audience Analysis and devise Training Strategy.
    • Set benchmarks and models for learning solutions, including Course Outlines, Learning Objectives, and Evaluation plans.
    • Apply instructional design strategies to analyze raw content and cooperate with Subject Matter Experts for content refinement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and coherence of training content.
    • Develop various training materials like Instructor-led training, Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT), web-based training, simulations, videos, and support content based on client requirements.
    • Create storyboards, design evaluation surveys, and conduct peer reviews of training content.
    • Arrange reviews with key stakeholders and oversee the execution of design approaches.
    • Generate engaging in-app content using authoring tools such as Captivate, Articulate, Snag-it, Camtasia, EnableNow, WhatFix, and WalkMe.
