    Role Description :
    This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO).


    We are seeking a young, passionate, and dynamic CTO to lead a team of engineers, team leads, product managers, and designers in delivering high-quality software solutions.


    Responsibilities :

    • Lead and manage a tech team consisting of engineers, team leads, product managers, and designers.
    • Oversee the development and delivery of highquality software solutions.
    • Collaborate with other departments to define technology strategies and roadmaps.
    • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
    • Handson involvement in coding and development tasks as needed.
    • Ensure effective deployment of codes, conduct code reviews, and maintain code quality standards.
    • Handle large codebases efficiently and effectively.
    • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

    Qualifications :

    • Graduate from a wellrecognized institution, preferably IIT.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Strong proficiency in PHP, particularly with Laravel framework.
    • Familiarity with Angular is considered an advantage.
    • Comfortable working with Azure, MySQL, and Restful APIs.
    • Experience managing small teams and handson coding skills.
    • Ability to handle large codebases and ensure code quality.
    • Proven experience in deployment of codes and conducting code reviews.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
