    Description

    Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

    Location: Bangalore, India

    We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our dynamic and innovative team. As the CTO, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our technology strategy, driving innovation, and leading our technical teams. You will specifically be in charge of new venture project development, taking innovative ideas and translating them into successful ventures.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement the company's overall technology vision, strategy, and roadmap for new venture projects.
    • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, technologies, and market trends to drive innovation and growth.
    • Lead the planning and execution of new venture projects, from ideation to production and spin-out.
    • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones.
    • Collaborate with founders, creators, and business partners to identify and assess the feasibility of new venture ideas.
    • Build and manage a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
    • Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software solutions for new ventures.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology partners, vendors, and external stakeholders to support project development.
    • Ensure the security, integrity, and scalability of the technology infrastructure for new ventures.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply them to drive innovation in new venture projects.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CTO capacity in a crypto-native company, with a proven track record of successfully developing and launching new ventures in the crypto industry.
    • Strong knowledge and understanding of blockchain technology, Web3, and related domains.
    • Experience in evaluating market opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and driving new business initiatives in the crypto space.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and execution excellence.
    • Proven experience in software development, project management, and successful product delivery in the crypto industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Additional business qualifications would be a plus.
