    Role Overview :

    • The CTO will be a critical member of the executive team, responsible for setting the company's technological vision, strategies, and leading all aspects of the company's technological development.
    • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling platforms to meet growing demand and enhancing product offerings through innovative technology solutions.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Lead the development and execution of the company's technology strategy to support its growth objectives.
    • Oversee the company's technology infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
    • Drive innovation by staying abreast of technology trends and integrating cuttingedge solutions where beneficial.
    • Build, mentor, and lead a highperforming engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
    • Collaborate with other executive team members to align technology initiatives with business goals.
    • Manage technology budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively to support strategic priorities.

    Minimum Qualifications :

    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technology leadership role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
    • Demonstrated experience in scaling technology platforms and systems to support business growth.
    • Strong background in designing and implementing cloudbased solutions, with AWS Cloud Solution experience being a significant plus.
    • Proven ability in building and leading engineering teams, hiring top talent, and fostering an innovative and productive work environment.
    • Excellent strategic thinking, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
