    Role:


    Welcome to the exciting opportunity of the Manager, Knowledge Management and Training (KMT) role! Your main mission at Droom is to make sure our knowledge base is top-notch, regularly updated, and easily accessible to everyone in the company.

    Your tasks will include organizing and managing all essential information about our products, services, processes, and industry trends. You will also take the lead in creating training programs for both new team members and current staff, focusing on enhancing their abilities and knowledge within their roles.


    • Work closely with diverse teams to gather and validate information, ensuring its accuracy and relevance throughout.
    • Use data and metrics to pinpoint areas where our knowledge may be lacking and where improvements can be made.
    • Foster a culture of sharing knowledge within the organization.
    • Introduce tools and platforms that promote collaboration and the exchange of information.
    • Develop and conduct training sessions for new hires, covering essential job duties, company policies, and industry-specific insights.
    • Keep the training curriculum up-to-date to reflect any changes in processes, products, or market trends.
    • Offer continuous support and guidance to employees for any questions or concerns regarding knowledge management and training.
    • Lead training efforts for the inside sales team, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their positions.
    • Assess training program efficacy through feedback and performance metrics, making enhancements as necessary.
    • Must have proven experience in knowledge management, training, or a related field, ideally within the e-commerce, automobile, or tech industries.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive decisions based on data insights.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
    • A strong passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
    • Prior experience in creating and delivering training programs is a significant plus.
