    Description

    Training Program Development:

    Design and develop training programs that address the specific needs of retail staff at various levels, including sales associates, supervisors, and managers.

    Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.

    Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, such as classroom training, e-learning, on-the-job training, and simulations, to enhance learning outcomes.


    Training Delivery:
    Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for retail staff, both in-person and virtually, ensuring all learning objectives are met.
    Adapt training delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences.
    Provide ongoing coaching and support to retail staff to reinforce learning and promote skill development.


    Performance Evaluation:
    Implement mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs, such as post-training evaluations, skills assessments, and performance metrics.
    Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
    Work closely with retail managers to address performance gaps and develop targeted training interventions.


    New Hire Onboarding:


    Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new retail hires, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.

    Collaborate with HR to integrate onboarding activities with broader organizational orientation processes.


    Compliance and Policy Adherence:
    Ensure that all training programs adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

    Stay informed about changes in regulations and industry best practices related to retail operations and integrate relevant updates into training materials.
