Job description:

  • Export plan preparation and execution in every month after S&OP meeting
  • Co-ordinate with production team to get the material on time.
  • To raise the Booking request as per the dispatch schedule.
  • Follow up to get the bookings from liners.
  • Coordinate with transporter to arrange the truck to collect the empty container.
  • Invoice, packing list, FOB sheet preparation.
  • DO &OTM Préparation
  • CHA, freight forwarder, service provider and Transporters bills accounting and payment arrangement.
  • Bank document preparation to get the payment from customer.
  • Coordinate with liner, forwarder, CHA and other supporting agents for smooth operation.
  • Responsible for complete documentation for executing export orders.
  • Preparation of shipping documents for shipping line, customs and for the customer.
  • Liaison with CHA for B/L and ensure customer gets the documents in time.
  • Follow up and liaison with JDGFT office for issuance of license/EOFC
  • Prepare documents needed for replying queries
  • Post-export documentation.
  • Prepare documents required for excise and forward to excise office
  • After ensuring completion of imports, prepare documents required for EOFC.
  • Prepare documents for accounts (BRC)
  • Liaison with shipping lines to get permission in ocean vessels as required by our customers. Coordinate with liner for return of empty reefer container and coordinate with CHA, transporter and service provider for inspection/maintenance. Coordinate with transporter for container movement on road to plant and to port.
  • Liaison with JDGFT to take credit for below duty benefit.
  • To implement the Advance Authorization / DTOP
  • To get permission from the shipping line for exports shipment and arrange BL / File Shipping bill / clearance of our soc empty container in Time

Job Types:

₹600, ₹800,000.00 per year
