Job Title:

Associate-Environmental Social and Governance

Function/Department:

ESG

Job Purpose:

To support the
ESG team in implementing initiatives and executing regular operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a part of the Bank's
ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Team, the
ESG Associate will be responsible for:
Maintaining regular MIS of
ESG information and operational work.

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for taking forward initiatives and information collection.

Interacting with consultants and internal stakeholders for gathering intelligence around recent trends, risks, and opportunities from an
ESG standpoint.

Running point on internal sustainability campaigns and helping in propagating the
ESG focus through various channels.

Taking forward the
ESG strategy of the Bank and assisting in its implementation.

Assisting in regular reporting across statutory and voluntary frameworks, and rating agency requirements.

Education Qualification:

Graduation:
BSc (Bachelor in Science), BBA (Bachelors in Business Administration), BMS (Bachelor in Management Studies)

Post Graduation:

MSc (Climate, Climate Science, Biodiversity, Energy and Environment), MBA (Master in Business Administration) / MMS (Master in Management Studies), Masters in Communications (Visual/Media), Masters in Economics.
