Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for the outdoor furniture line to architects, dealers, hotels, and HNI in the assigned region.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive business growth in the region.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including architects, interior designers, dealers, hotels, and HNI.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales activities.


Collaborate with other departments, such as product development and operations, to ensure that customer needs are met and sales goals are achieved.

Monitor market trends and competition to identify potential threats and opportunities.

Develop and manage a sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote the outdoor furniture line and increase brand visibility.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the outdoor furniture industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, hotels, and HNI.

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a sales team.

Understanding of market trends and competition.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
