    Description

    Job Responsibilities

    • Serve as the main point of contact for all customer account management queries.
    • Generate new business by evaluating account potential, establishing, closing sales, proposing new applications and sales tactics.
    • Spot opportunities in accounts by examining current business, interviewing key customer and company personnel, identifying additional needs, and assessing possibilities.
    • Begin sales process by fostering relationships, assessing potential, scheduling appointments.
    • Enhance sales by delivering initial presentation, describing product and service upgrades, introducing new offerings.
    • Create segmented sales funnel to ensure broad network coverage. Identify opportunities in the area and build a detailed databank and sales funnel.
    • Collect data from various sources and construct a comprehensive database.
    • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profits.
    • Establish strong relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors.
    • Ensure prompt and successful delivery of our solutions as per customer requirements and goals.
    • Enhance the company's brand image by maintaining goodwill with existing customers, increasing visibility of the company, providing tailored solutions to potential customers, and exhibiting a customer-centric approach.
    • Expand business with current clients and/or pinpoint areas for enhancement to achieve sales targets.
    • Forecast and monitor key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales outcomes and annual forecasts).
    • Produce reports on account status.
    • Collaborate with Segment Heads to discover and capitalize on opportunities within the territory.
    • Assist with complex client requests or escalate issues when necessary.

    Performance Skills

    • Familiarity with Channel Network & Expansion.
    • Experience in providing client-focused solutions to address customer requirements.
    • Knowledge of pricing strategies and industry benchmarks.
    • Effective time management to adhere to processes and deadlines.
    • Understanding of Sales Policies & Processes, Partner & Customer Relations.
