Description
Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team

  • Arrange for creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
  • Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
  • Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining monthend sales reports
  • Ensuring the adequacy of salesrelated equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give aftersales support when requested.
  • Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
  • Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products
  • Encourage & push the sales team to achieve the sales target.
  • Responsible for providing sales support through follow ups, coordination and data management of Sales force.
  • Liaise between other departments and the sales team to provide the information.
  • Helping Sales & Marketing team on marketing events like coordination on exhibition Order Checking, Processing Till Dispatch.
  • Prepare daily Sales Report.
  • Daily Billing and Pending Order report for the region.
  • Publish Daily Stock Report to the regional sales team.
  • Create and maintain sales & Distributor database.
  • Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled as per mentioned dates.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or related field required
  • 02 years' of coordinator experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well in a fastpaced environment

Job Types:

Salary:
₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
