What success looks like in this role:
Join our dynamic Commercial and Contract Management Team, where your innovative ideas will turn commercial possibilities into reality.

You will leverage your expertise in contracts and commercial management, legal and business knowledge to maximizing value for all stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:
- manage the daily contractual relationship with the client, ensuring Unisys' interests are protected and supporting business success and client satisfaction. serve as the primary point of contact for all contractual atters within the delivery team, taking charge of direct follow-up on contract/legal aspects related to the relevant client contract.
  • Reviews and prepares complex, specialized and/or nonroutine responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications.
  • Analyzes significant, and/or unique contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions for compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure.
  • Manages contract change control process. Develops negotiation strategy and leads negotiation team on complex contractual issues.
  • Analyzes new law, regulation and contract trends for potential impact on business unit goals and objectives and functions as domain expert on selected areas and issues.
  • Manages contractual agreements and related schedules.
  • Evaluates all proposed contract service and pricing changes
  • Ensures implementation and adherence to the contractually required governance process.
  • Provides guidance to account management for contractual opportunities to improve revenue, profits and/or risk exposure for the account.
  • Provides guidance to account leadership on contractual rights and obligations.
  • Responsible to lead resolution of commercial/contractual disputes with the client.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in law with 5+ years of experience
  • Direct experience in the execution of contract management responsibilities.
  • Ability to forge strong professional relationships with delivery, finance and account management teams and client counterparts
  • Experienced in a wide range of commercial activities (e.g. complex business cases, company structures, risk/reward) within the informaton technology outsourcing industry.
