About the internship:
As a Human Resources (HR) intern at SANIDHYA SANSAR VENTURES, you will have the opportunity to dive into the world of Recruitment, Training and Development, and Effective Communication. Your English proficiency, both spoken and written, will be put to the test as you assist in various HR functions. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word is a must as you navigate through data management and administrative tasks. Join us for an exciting and rewarding experience where you can enhance your HR skills and contribute to the growth of our team.Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings
2. Support training and development initiatives by coordinating training sessions, tracking employee progress, and evaluating program effectiveness
3. Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
4. Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives, such as performance evaluations and employee engagement surveys
5. Collaborate with team members to enhance internal communication strategies and initiatives
6. Utilize MS Excel to analyze HR data and generate reports for decision-making purposes
