    Job Description :


    The Application Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for Ventura's online trading platforms and resolving any application-related issues.

    We'll need you to bring :

    • Bachelors or Masters Degree
    • Engineering / Computer Science / B.Tech / M.Tech / B.ScIT / M.ScIT / BE / ME / BCA / MCA.
    • Experience in Application Support and Technical Support.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
    • Experience with trading platforms and financial services.
    • Experience with programming languages such as Java and Python.
    • Very strong experience with SQL.
    • Handson with scripting languages preferably Python but bash will also do.
    • Handson AWS skills, techies with certifications from AWS are particularly encouraged to apply
    • AWS API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, SQS, S3, CloudWatch.
    • Battletested production monitoring experience in a D2C environment with at least 4050k users daily.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
