    KEYPURPOSE OF THE JOBTo manage businessdevelopment in the respective territory and build a healthy workingrelationship in the respective territory foreffective approval and specification with influencers ArchitectsInterior DesignersProject ManagementConsultants(PMC)

    KEYRESULT AREAS1 To report competitor activityincluding new technologies innovative solutions used the pricing oftheir products potential projects and other sales related issues ina concise manner.2 To build monthly& Quarterly project forecast based on pipelineopportunities and conversion.

    Share information with theSpecification Sales and Product leadershipteam to drive accuracy into demand planningprocess3 To grow the pipeline of projectswithin the given target market and maintaining professionalrelationships with key influencers.4 Toincrease brand awareness within the given geographical areabuilding on existing relationships as well as developing newrelationships with Architects Interior Designers Project ManagementConsultants (PMC) and clients5 To Transformleads into project opportunities and enable indirect revenuegeneration.6 To provide support and productorientation to the Influencer Teams7 Todeliver against established operational targets while maximizingsales opportunities and profitability8 ToDrive specification process with a focus on acquiring new and reengaging with dormant accounts while growing existingclients9 To establish and maintain excellentinfluencer experience10 To ensure and enableapprovals/specification for Project/Trade /Hospitality businessunits.


    Musthave skills :

    Candidate should be from
    Building material industry only havinggood exposure of Business development profileShould have good connect with Architectsinterior designer contractor and otherinfluencers.

    Candidate should be fluent inEnglish communication.
    Will be managing allproduct ranges all categories like Hardware appliances lightingsurfaces and others.
    Self motivated smartconfident setstrategy
