    Roles and Responsibilities
    We follow the philosophy here that Product folks are generic problem solvers.

    So, as a PM, you would have to ensure that the overall product principles are applied to this role as well, in addition to solving problems for business.

    As a member of the Product team, you will:

    Strategize, Prioritize, Problem solve, Measure and Innovate:
    Scope requirements from various business stakeholders while understanding their requirements and analyzing the data and maintain

    product roadmap .
    Effectively align stakeholders on 3, 6 months operating plans of product to bring out an effective

    product strategy
    Engage in

    problem solving

    and bring up effective solutions with ENG based on user problems and enable tech team to deliver
    Assess quantified

    product metrics

    periodically to ensure that product is right on track with strategy.
    Partake in ongoing UATs to ensure that the delivery is smooth and has all sign offs for

    product adoption

    by users.
    Track post production support/issues and continuously reduce tech support issues with the support team to ensure a seamless experience and

    continuous improvements .


    Effective stakeholder Management:


    This role is right in between sales, credit, risk, compliance, OPS, CS, ENG, QA, Design, tech support, Infosec and cross teams like LMS etc.

    Collaborating with all stakeholders and owning business outcomes via

    product innovations

    is the crux of this role
    Collaborating with LOS/LMS team members to properly triage and provide timely resolution to all the queries/issues

    Own business outcomes and BAU
    Ensure BAU at all time and support relevant teams in case of downtime
    Gathering the required information necessary in order to best handle issues internally or with 3rd party tech vendors
    Owning the root cause fix of the issues and continually driving issues encountered down with a focus on automation and operations excellence
    Set up mechanisms in place to ensure that the issues do not repeat themselves
    Willing to go beyond when needed to handle emergencies affecting BAU


    Documenting, extensively:
    Document all product PRFAQs and user guides.
    Making timely updates about new feature releases to the documentation portal
    Own and send release communications to all the stakeholders
    Multitasking in a fast-paced environment and showing extreme ownership.

    Qualifications

    An ideal candidate would have:
    B.E/B.Tech and/or MBA;
    Basic product knowledge of - Loan against property / Supply Chain Finance is good to have
    Intellectual curiosity and learning drive to create continuous improvement - a core value
    Strong communication & management skills
    Working knowledge of Excel/Google sheets
    A great attitude and calm demeanor
