    Job Description :
    We're seeking a seasoned Product Manager with a strong background in B2B SaaS product development.

    This role is tailor-made for someone who's adept at navigating the complexities of bringing products from ideation to market, particularly in the realm of cutting-edge technologies such as AI and ML.


    Roles and Responsibilities :

    Product Management :

    • Drive the strategic direction, roadmap, and execution of our B2B SaaS products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
    • Utilize market research, customer feedback, and industry trends to inform product decisions and prioritize features that deliver maximum value.
    • Lead crossfunctional teams through the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, maintaining a keen focus on achieving product market fit.
    • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver highquality products that exceed customer expectations.

    Technical Expertise :

    • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data products, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and differentiation within our product offerings.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to evaluate feasibility, define technical requirements, and ensure alignment with product goals and customer requirements.

    Scrum Experience :

    • Serve as a Scrum master, facilitating Agile ceremonies including daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
    • Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Scrum team, ensuring that sprint goals are met and impediments are addressed promptly.

    Product Market Fit :

    • Define and measure key metrics to evaluate productmarket fit, iterating on product features and enhancements based on customer feedback and market insights.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop GotoMarket strategies that drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention.

    Qualifications :

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching B2B SaaS products from 0 to 1, achieving productmarket fit, and driving business growth.
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, with handson experience leading Agile teams and ceremonies.
    • Deep knowledge of AI, ML, and data products, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
