Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Interior Client Handling Specialist to join our team.

As a key point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction throughout the interior design process.

Your exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills will contribute to successful project outcomes and strong client relationships.


Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication and providing updates on project progress.
• Conduct initial client consultations to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with the interior design team to develop design concepts and present them to clients.
• Coordinate client meetings, including design presentations, material selection, and project reviews.
• Assist clients in making informed decisions regarding design choices, offering expert advice and recommendations.
• Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Manage client expectations by clearly communicating project timelines, deliverables, and budgetary considerations.
• Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions, including meeting minutes, design specifications, and change requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and project milestones.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress, address client concerns, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and cultivate new client opportunities through referrals and networking.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging design concepts, and best practices in client management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in client handling or project management within the interior design industry.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes is advantageous.
• Problemsolving abilities and the capacity to manage client expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Detailoriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

Salary:
₹180, ₹220,000.00 per month
