Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with client, sales and operations for requirements and deliveries.
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases, Social Media
  • Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.)
  • Manage endtoend digital projects.
  • Meeting and understanding clients.
  • Developing and maintaining healthy relationships with existing clients.
  • Coordinate with different teams internally to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Planning how to put the strategies in action depending on the brand strategy, requirements and capability of the team.
  • Creative Brief
  • On receiving client requirements, preparing a descriptive client brief and a task list
  • Supervising the execution of campaign plans.
  • Proactively plan for content with the team based on the festive and marketing calendar.
  • Brainstorm with Strategy, Design & Content teams for strategies for brand development on social media
  • Chalking out a plan with the Brand Strategist on the short term and long term growth of your clients

Ideal skills and experience required

  • MBA degree in marketing or relevant qualification
  • Certification from Udemy or Udacity
  • 12 year of experience in Digital Marketing agency is preferable
  • Great presentation skills to persuasively put forward the agency's point of view.
  • Natural at kindling active conversations
  • Strong Leadership and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Excited about the opportunity to work and grow with an early stage startup
  • Be confident creatively. Able to judge creative and comment effectively and a flair for digital communications as well.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
