Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the scrum team/squads using Agile methodology and scrum practices
  • Managing daily/weekly/fortnightly scrum events e.g. daily scrum calls, sprint planning, reviews, etc.
  • Helping the product owner and development team to achieve stated goals
  • Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
  • Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
  • Resolve conflicts, help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
  • Support the product owner and provide education where needed
ROLE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES AND PROFICIENCY LEVELS*- Minimum 8-10 years of total experience in working in/leading a team of developers, testers, automation engineers

  • Agile / Scrum
  • Agile Coaching
  • Minimum 5+ years working as a Scrum Master in an agile work environment
  • Sound knowledge of workings of investment Banking Technology projects
