Role Responsibilities

Lead the scrum team/squads using Agile methodology and scrum practices
Managing daily/weekly/fortnightly scrum events e.g. daily scrum calls, sprint planning, reviews, etc.
Helping the product owner and development team to achieve stated goals
Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments
Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
Resolve conflicts, help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
Support the product owner and provide education where needed

ROLE SPECIFIC TECHNICAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES AND PROFICIENCY LEVELS*- Minimum 8-10 years of total experience in working in/leading a team of developers, testers, automation engineers

Agile / Scrum
Agile Coaching
Minimum 5+ years working as a Scrum Master in an agile work environment
Sound knowledge of workings of investment Banking Technology projects
