Facilities Management:
Supervising maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of office premises, equipment, and facilities.

Office Administration: Overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and ensuring office protocols are followed.
Ensuring all utility bills are paid ontime.

Event Coordination: Organizing meetings, conferences, and events, including logístical arrangements.

Security:CCTVCameras and to ensure they are functioning properly.

Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws including PF/ ESI, regulations, food regulations and government requirements.

Onboarding:Welcoming new hires to the office and show them around so they can get acquainted with the workspace

Attendance management

Payroll and Benefits Administration: Managing payroll processes, employee benefits, taxes, and deductions in compliance with relevant laws.

Health and Safety Regulations: Implementing and enforcing workplace health and safety policies and practices.

Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of employee data, hours worked, and other relevant information for statutory reporting purposes.

Audits and Inspections: Facilitating audits and inspections related to HR practices and statutory compliance.

Travel and Accommodation arrangements
Education:
MBA/ MSW with 5+ Years of experience in Admin and Statutory Compliance
Highly Proficient in Excel
