    Job Description:
    We are seeking a talented and motivated Data Engineer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SQL, Python, ETL, and data visualization, with experience working closely with stakeholders and providing data support to Data Analysts.

    As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in developing data pipelines, creating custom reports, and providing insights through data visualization and Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, with expertise in outer joins, aggregations, unions, window functions, and Common Table Expressions (CTEs).


    • Design and implement data pipelines for ETL processes using Hadoop, Hive, PySpark, Presto, or SparkSQL.
    • Collaborate with Data Analysts to understand their data requirements and provide guidance on data issues and best practices.
    • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and develop data solutions that meet their objectives.
    • Create custom reports and presentations with strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities to communicate insights effectively.
    • Develop strategies to solve problems in logical yet creative ways, leveraging both technical and analytical skills.
    • Independently handle stakeholders with minimal intervention from reporting managers, demonstrating strong communication and articulation skills.
    • Continuously improve data processes and systems to enhance efficiency, scalability, and Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • 26 years of experience as a Data Engineer, with a focus on SQL, ETL, and data visualization.
    • Strong proficiency in SQL with demonstrated expertise in outer joins, aggregations, unions, window functions, and CTEs.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python for data manipulation and automation tasks.
    • Experience working with Hadoop ecosystem technologies (Hive, PySpark, Presto) and SparkSQL.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with stakeholders and provide guidance to Data Analysts.
    • Proven ability to develop custom reports and presentations accompanied by strong data visualization and storytelling.
    • Demonstrated problemsolving skills and ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
    • Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
