    Description
    Mcarbon is a leading Enterprise Messaging/CPaaS Company.

    With a strong focus on technology and innovation, Mcarbon has emerged as the preferred choice of leading enterprises including Axis Bank, Kotak Bank, ICICI Prudential, DMI Finance, RazorPay.

    We are looking for outstanding sales managers who can support us in our growth path by adding new customers, creating and moving deals through the pipeline, and driving revenue targets.


    The ideal candidate is a motivated individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and winning customers as well as developing strong relationships with them.

    Previous experience of working with CPaaS company is a must.

    Responsibilities

    • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
    • Identifying sales opportunities and presenting products or services to potential customers.
    • Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
    • Negotiating sales contract and closing deals
    • Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
    • Understanding competition and work on strategies to deal with it
    • Increase business with the clients with focus on both top-line and bottom-line
    • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
    Qualifications

    • MBA or similar degree
    • 5+ years of B2B sales experience out of which 1 year must be in CPaaS industry
    • Track record of superior sales performance
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Understanding of current and emerging enterprise messaging technology and industry trends
    • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
    • Revenue focus, ability to drive revenue target
