Key Responsibilities:

Answering Calls: Respond to incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products or services.

Making Calls: Place outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, or conduct surveys. Maintain a courteous and respectful tone during all interactions.

Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by listening to customers' concerns, empathizing with their needs, and providing appropriate solutions or assistance.

Data Entry: Accurately record and update customer information in the company database. Maintain detailed records of all calls and interactions.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems effectively and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.

Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services to effectively address customer inquiries and promote upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding call handling, confidentiality, and data security at all times.


Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers' needs and concerns.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and data entry.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a highvolume call center environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles preferred but not required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
