- Manage the timelines, budgets and resource scheduling needed to deliver new or enhanced systems and capabilities.
- Define a robust data conversion strategy, including mapping, extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Oversee the technical implementation of the platform migration, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Implement rigorous testing protocols to validate data integrity and platform functionality before, during, and after the migration process.
- Self-organize and operationalize the project plan for integration and data conversion, by defining clear success metrics and KPIs, driving standards, utilizing project management tools effectively, actively leading, adjusting and participating in governance forums* and regularly communicating status and mitigation options to key stakeholders. *Including routine core team / program office meetings as well as escalation, steering and sponsor reviews.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle.
- Manage and ensure predictable delivery of projects and/or programs – driving accountability of work stream owners and enabling escalation of risks and issues that require assistance or attention.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion and maintenance of SDLC deliverables throughout the project/program lifecycle, and adherence to PMO standards. Prior Experience in SDLC/RDLC will be preferable.
- Ensure resources, either internal or external, are secured to meet project needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams of IT specialists, data engineers, business analysts, and subject matter experts from the commercial leasing domain.
- Ensure projects are delivered at a high level of quality according to committed scope, approved budget, and targeted dates.
- Demonstrate thought leadership with business partners to ensure delivery of the most effective solutions for the identified business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and addressing potential concerns throughout the transition.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management plan to minimize disruption and promote buy-in from across the organization.
- Anticipate and address potential resistance to change, providing proactive communication and support to end-users.
- Enable and enhance cross functional interactions between Solution Delivery, Project teams, IT functional leadership areas, and multiple business units.
- Team Leadership and management – ensuring proper onboarding, defining roles and responsibility and regular documented performance evaluation of project team members.
- Oversee and ensure adherence to the principles, tools, and processes related to Commercial leasing portfolio governance, in accordance with Enterprise IT PMO standards.
- Facilitate the project request intake and ideation process.
- Facilitate review of Business Case submissions for new project proposals to ensure they are complete, accurate, and in compliance with IT Governance expectations.
- Gather and report metrics related to the state of the Commercial lending and leasing
- Portfolio.
- Ensure Project Management compliance with reporting standards, and communicate regular portfolio updates to the team and to leadership
- Ensure project teams demonstrate a proper level of schedule, estimating, and cost control oversight.
- Proactively raise execution concerns to project teams and leadership.
- Drive monthly financial reviews with IT Functional Leads to ensure accurate financial tracking. This includes appropriate budget forecasting; month-end reporting of actuals and accruals and variance analysis; reconciliations with Finance.
- The ideal candidate possesses expertise in project management, platform/data conversion methodologies, and an understanding of the commercial leasing business domain.
- Experience working as a Project manager managing projects, programs and/or portfolios.
- Program leadership with significant experience in leading technology projects
- Experience implementing complex, cross-functional projects solutions within established software development life cycle methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to work and influence at multiple levels within multidisciplinary and matrixed organization.
- Technical proficiency and strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
