Qualification - MBBS onlyExperience Years experience in Emergency
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Stabilising life threatening medical, accidental and surgical Emergencies and rationalised referal to other specialities.
- Performing the life saving and timely interventions such as Endotracheal intubatioin, cardiopulmonary resuscitation etc.
- Ensuring rationalised investigations of the patient.
- Managing OPD patients visiting Emergency Department.
- Rationalised referal and coordination with other specialities.
- To control and guide the ambulance calls.
- Medicolegal documentation and implementation
- Death Declaration and grief counselling
- Fostering a consistent, passionate and nonwavering commitment to excellence in clinical care of patients
- Coordinating multidisciplinary services and integrating medical, nursing and paramedical divisions of the department.
- Developing and ensuring the effectiveness of the triage and disaster preparedness system
- Preparing and updating medical management protocols for acutely ill patient.
- Ensuring implementation of safety practices in the department.
- Strict adherance to JCI norms and hospital policies.
