Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field required
10+ years of combined IT Analyst, Developer, Tech Lead or Architect experience
Proven knowledge with Sales Enablement technologies (to enable back office and front office)
Proven ability to stay aware of current trends and technical advancements, and share learnings
Ability to articulate and present different pointsofviews on various technologies
Experience with Agile delivery practices, preferably in a lead role
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Proven leadership in partnering with external vendors and business partners on projects
Ability to lead onshore/offshore teams in multiple crossfunctional initiatives toward goals
Ability to work in a fast paced, selfdirected, actionoriented environment
Well organized and capable of managing multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Model N, Conga, Showpad, Pitcher, and other technologies to enable the sales organization (both back office and front office)
Experience in life science or other regulated industry

Pay:
₹3,800, ₹4,000,000.00 per year
