    Description

    Climate Ninja Program Lead

    Overview:

    The Climate Ninja Program aims to facilitate 1 million Climate Hires by 2030. As the Program Lead, you will manage the program end-to-end, establishing it as the premier pathway for youth entering the climate sector. You will be the face of the Climate Ninja Program.

    Responsibilities:

    • Program Scaling: Rapidly expand the number of Student Chapters and engage more youth in climate roles.
    • Hiring Growth: Increase employment through Climate Ninjas and external sources.
    • Cohort Operations: Ensure high-quality experiences for participants and mentors in Climate Ninja Cohorts.
    • Internship and Employment Facilitation: Focus on increasing hires, particularly at SusMafia startups.
    • System and Process Efficiency: Develop and refine systems to meet impact metrics as the program scales.
    • Student Chapters: Grow and position Student Chapters across India and globally to create climate leaders.
    • Partnerships: Forge partnerships to enhance program value, accelerate hiring, and drive social impact.
    • Community Building: Ensure a high-quality Climate Ninja community with strong engagement and participation.
    • Team Building: Inspire and delegate to new team members and volunteers, leading hiring for the program.

    Qualifications:

    1-2+ years of experience in program management, educational initiatives, or project implementation.

    Bachelor's or Master's Degree.

    Proven ability to drive results, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities.

    Strong leadership skills and a passion for social impact.

    Experience with startups is a plus.

    Additional Information:

    Immediate start required.

    Remote first opportunity, with preference for candidates based in Bangalore, Delhi, or Mumbai.
