Description
PROJECT COORDINATOR- Civil Projects (Marine projects, Road, Building, Bridge)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1.
Communicate with project head / Site coordinator and fulfill their resources requirement in coordination with planning team as per budget
2.
Approve material, machine request
3.
Coordinate vendors for fast delivery for material and services
4.
Coordinate with purchase and contract dept. for issue of PO and WO
5.
Subcontract and vendor coordination
6.
Reporting to CEO to approve and expedite the site requisitions
7.
Responsible for effective utilization of manpower and machinery and decide for timely deployment or demobilization of resources
8.
Responsible for site productivity as per assigned budget
9.
Maintain log of budgeted Vs actual resources for all projects
10.
KPI reports shall be presented to management on weekly and monthly basis
- Experience 0510 Years
- Strong communication skills, Leadership quality, strong managerial and administrative abilities, etc.
- Good Knowledge of MS-Office, MS-Project, etc.
Salary:
₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
