    Description
    • We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced sales team. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our sales department.
    • In this role, you will provide essential support to our sales team to ensure that customer inquiries are handled promptly and accurately. You will also play a key role in managing and organizing sales data, generating reports, and coordinating with different teams within the organization to achieve sales objectives.
    • The ideal candidate for this position is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must be self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

    Requirements

    • Responsibilities
      • Collaborate with sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and processes
      • Manage and maintain sales data and CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
      • Generate and analyse reports on sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
      • Support sales team with order processing, invoicing, and pricing.
      • Assist in the development and implementation of sales tools and technologies
      • Provide ongoing support to sales team, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
      • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including organizing and maintaining sales documents, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments.
      • Support in reparation of sales presentations and materials for customer meetings.
      • Work with various internal teams, such as marketing and finance, to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
      • Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
      • 8+ years of experience in a similar sales support or administrative role.
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
      • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
      • Hands on experience working with Autotask, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, QuoteWerks (QW)
      • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
      • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
      • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
