    People Operations Specialist ( months contract) People Operations Specialist ( months contract) Associate People Operations Partner Req ID FY|G&A|#8 Location(s) Hyderabad, India; Your opportunity New Relic is looking for a People Operations Specialist to join the PeopleOps team. This role will have the opportunity to be a part of the Global Shared Services team and make an impact through your work by responding to inquiries on a variety of People topics and working on various People-related processes. You will gain exposure to all facets of HR helping you to grow your career in your position. This role will be reporting to the Manager, People Operations.   • As a Tier 1 Specialist this role is responsible for resolving employee inquiries and resolving most tickets within - hours.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and other stakeholders on People policies and/or processes using PeopleOps procedures, policies, knowledge management system, and other reference materials.
  • Assign tickets to proper People team stakeholders with the ability to escalate tickets as needed.
  • Audit and send offer letters to candidates, meeting SLA requirements.
  • Provide Tier 1 support for HR applications, benefits, compensation, staffing, and other HR programs.
  • Coordinate the new hire/badge process in India.
  • Support the new hires process, new hire SWAG, and orientation sessions in APJ.
  • Process employee data changes in Workday.
  • Maintain employee files as needed.
    • This role requires
  • 1 - 2 years of related administrative experience
  • Experience with ticketing systems is highly desired
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and strong prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated to complete various tasks in a timely manner
  • Must have outstanding customer service skills
  • Must handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

  • Strong proficiency using G-Suite (including Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Workday, Asana, and Zendesk).
