    PROFILE: SENIOR UI/UXDESIGNER

    Experience: 8–10+ Years

    SUMMARY:

    We are seeking a senior UI/UX designer who will play apivotal role in crafting exceptional digital experiences.

    As a key member of our team, you will leverageyour expertise in user-centric design to conceptualize and createintuitive, visually compelling interfaces. Your responsibilitieswill encompass user research, wireframing, prototyping, andcollaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliverinnovative solutions that align with business objectives and userneeds. We're looking for a designer who isn't afraid to jump in andexplore new challenges.

    The idealcandidate will bring a deep understanding of design principles, akeen eye for detail, and a passion for staying abreast of industrytrends and emerging technologies.     KEYRESPONSIBILITIES:
    A Senior UI/UX Designeris expected to possess a blend of design expertise, user-centereddesign principles, excellent communication skills, and acollaborative mindset to drive the creation of impactful anduser-friendly digital experiences.

    • Partnerclosely with the product/project management and Development teamsto realize a unified vision, ensuring smooth transitions betweenstages of product development.

    • Ability tosuccessfully lead projects Up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends,techniques, and technologies.

    • Design userinterfaces for various platforms (web, mobile, etc.) while ensuringresponsiveness and cross-device compatibility.

    •Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG guidelines)and are inclusive for users with diverse needs andabilities.

    • Stay updated on industry bestpractices and design standards, implementing them in the designprocess.

    • Produce design documentation, styleguidelines, and UI standards to guarantee design coherence andfacilitate seamless collaboration within the team.

    • 8+years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven track record ofsuccessful product launches and leading designteams.

    • Enthusiastic customer design thinking:we are looking for someone who understands that good design isabout more than just appearance.

    • Rich criticaland analytical skills.

    • Aptitude to work in acollaborative environment while keeping track of one'sown output to progress.

    • Ability to work both ina group and independently

    • Outstanding verbaland written communication abilities

    • Portfolioof work in UI/UX design for mobile and webplatforms.

    • Must be self-motivated, userexperience oriented and a strong team player

    •Coach & mentor team members on all aspects of design– from methodologies to execution
