Job Description:

We are currently seeking Customer Care Executives to join our BPO/Customer Care team. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will interact with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and chat platforms. This is a part-time position with both day and night shifts available, and you will be required to work 6 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Resolve customer complaints in a calm and empathetic manner.

Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and scripts when interacting with customers.

Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide effective customer support.

Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution.
