    Description

    As a Consumer Support Team Lead you will be responsible for managing the operations of Consumer Support. Your exposure to Banking Operations, Credit Information Companies will differentiate you from the rest.

    The role sits within the Credit Services and Consumer Services business, one of our 3 Global Business Lines. Credit Services enables specified members access Experian platforms and become data contributors as well as retrieve credit reports. Consumer Services enables direct consumers access their Credit reports through the website as well as the Clients of ECS. This role has clear accountability towards requests received from Consumers with respect to account discrepancies in the tradeline of the Consumers.

    What you'll be doing

    • Track and monitor through the following
    • RBI / Any Government agencies
    • Nodal Officer
    • Principal Nodal officer
    • The key metric in this role would be
    • To have responses sent within 1 working day to the relevant authority
    • To have responses sent to Consumers from the Nodal / PNO email id
    • Track and close complaints / disputes received on this escalation desk
    • Track activities of the LoB's using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
    • Customer management: Drive high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout all areas of the business.
    • Industry compliance: Assurance of compliance with all regulatory requirements of areas of regulated businesses for which he/she is responsible.
    • Functional efficiency: Takes accountability for completing projects (for which he/she is responsible) on time and conforming to the standards set.

    What you'll need to bring to the party

    • You have about 3 to 4 years or more years of experience of in working in a Consumer Complaints process
    • You have exposure to BFSI domain
    • Ability to understand the operations in an environment with Information Security requirements
    • Decent Communication skills.
    • Ability to build a regular MIS system
