Title:
Project Supervisor

Reporting to :
Assistant Project Manager

Reportees:


  • Contractors and Workers

Work in co-ordination with:


  • Project Coordinator
  • Billing Engineers
  • Executive Stores (Projects)

KEY DELIVERABLES

  • Ensure the daily installation quantities of each contractor is more or equal to the planned quantity (Achieve >100% Plan adherence everyday)
  • Zero Tolerance on Quality and Quantity for min 5% of the site must be ensured.
  • Line stoppage due to man, materials, and machine/tools - <5% of Available time
  • Zero Accidents
  • JMC must be uploaded within 7 days of the work completion (Last week JMC must be uploaded in this week)
  • All surveys as per the checklist must be completed 3 days prior to the installation date.
  • Ensure 1 contractor in each division.

Scope of Work:


  • Weekly signature & uploading of the JMC's in the system for each section and division office.
  • Ensuring the availability and manpower (daily basis) and materials (weekly basis) required for the project delivery.
  • Processing the bills from Section office to Division Office
  • Site Survey & Contractor acquisition

Qualification:


  • Skills - Contractor Management

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
