    Overview:


    TheEcommerce Manager (Inside/Post Sale) plays a crucial role in ourorganization by overseeing the inside and postsales activities ofour ecommerce platform. They are responsible for optimizingcustomer engagement driving sales and ensuring smooth postsaleprocesses.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand implement strategies for inside and postsale ecommerceactivities
    • Manage the online customer journeyto optimize sales processes
    • Collaborate withmarketing and sales teams to ensure a cohesive customerexperience
    • Analyze ecommerce data to identifyopportunities for sales growth and processimprovements
    • Oversee postsale customerinteractions to ensure satisfaction andretention
    • Lead a team to execute ecommerceobjectives and targets
    • Optimize the onlineshopping experience to drive conversionrates
    • Ensure seamless order fulfillment anddelivery processes
    • Monitor customer feedbackand implement improvements to enhance the ecommerceexperience
    • Stay updated on industry trends andecommerce best practices
    • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to drive overall businessobjectives
    • Manage ecommerce platforms includingproduct listings pricing and promotions

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing or related field
    • Provenexperience in ecommerce salesmanagement
    • Demonstrated success in optimizingthe postsale customer experience
    • Stronganalytical and datadriven decisionmakingskills
    • Excellent understanding of ecommerceplatforms and technologies
    • Experience leadingand developing highperforming teams
    • Ability tocollaborate effectively with various internal and externalstakeholders
