    Job Description


    • Responsible for day-to-day operations related to Security and Safety at the premises.
    • Planning Security and Safety Manpower as per Site Requirement. Recruitment and redeployment of suitable manpower whenever there is a shortage, both in Safety and Security.
    • Plan and Execute fool proof methods to ensure 100% safety of Men and Material.
    • Prepare Security and Safety training plan and ensure 100% implementation.
    • Plan for visitor management system and implement at site.
    • Prepare the Annual Evacuation Schedule of building and ensure circulation to clients through the facility managers well in advance during the commencement of Financial Year.
    • Prepare Building Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
    • Implement CCTV in order to link up with central control room to optimise manpower requirement at site. Statutory compliance in regard to CCTV
    • Analyse requirement and procure Security, Fire Safety and PPE equipment for the site.
    • Ensure that the Fire & Safety systems are in operational state at all times.
    • Ensure that all compliances with regards to Security, Fire & Safety are implemented.
    • Ensure that all safety norms are implemented at all locations in the facility in letter and spirit.
    • Ensure that all personnel follow the laid-down work instructions.
    • Follow the standard procedures for reporting all incidents/accidents/occurrences.
    • Review of Standard operating procedures related to Security & Safety
    • Liaison with Statutory authorities related to Security & Safety
    • Vigilance and prevention of unfair practices and ensure code of conduct is enforced
    • Support in adherence to budget related to safety & security
    • Taking over of newly assigned properties adhering to the security processes and documentation (Fact sheet, work order, etc.,)
    • Plan, Execute Internal Audit for Security and implement observations and improvement points as appropriate.
    • Other Responsibilites assigned by your reporting manager.
