    Job Description:

    • Candidate should have experience in acquiring businessResearch and generate leads, make initial contact and meet potential clients to accuratelyqualify the prospect.

    Leading accounts and building strategy to grow the BusinessGenerating revenue & profit targets as defined for accountsParticipating in and Leading brainstorms for New business opportunitiesBe able to pitch succinctly and persuasively with an eagerness to close the dealClosing sales orders and achievement of assigned targetsConsultative selling and client education on how the company's digital solutions can add value to them.

    Re-establish and maintain current prospect relationshipProven track record in driving sales & business objectivesStrong Team Player, acts like an owner and focused on delivering the results

    Proven working experienced as a business development personnel, sales executive, ad sales or similar relevant role- Proven sales track record- 7+ years advertising experience- Communication and negotiation skills- Ability to build rapport- Market knowledge- GO-GETTER – has initiative drive

    BD Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Orchestrate new business meetings/pitches and respond to RFI's, participating and preparing presentations
    • Write compelling business proposals
    • Pitch business proposals to clients, negotiate and close sales
    • Coordinate with the delivery team and client to set the expectation right on both the sides
    • Successfully manage the sales process from lead generation to conversion
    • Establish a strategy for opening opportunities with new or lapsed clients
    • Manage day to day activities for lead generation campaigns – track new business contacts/CRM database and follow up
    • Have In-depth understanding of the market and be up-to-date on the new trends in the market
    • Establish and grow relationships with internal stakeholders/decision-makers / influencers within major clients and Vendors/Partners
    • Coordinate with marketing on outbound activities to help generate new business and speaker opportunities at various events
