Job Description:

Is an expert with in-depth indirect purchase knowledge
Works with PUI team and suppliers to close the open requests within SLAs
Actively engage, support and lead continuous improvements of processes
Drives globally defined purchase support(OSP) process excellence
Ownership of KPI delivery, and improvements where required, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Material master Concept
Validating Supplier offers and internal plant requirement.
Handling of MMD common Mailbox
Handling of Workflow tools (WorkOn/GMMC)
PMD tool Handling
Completing trainings (Core & cross function)
SAP System Handling
Daily tracking of open requests and closure
Interactions with Suppliers. Internal Business Partner & Category managers to address queries
Customer Engagement
Vendor Partner Functions Concept
Inco terms and Payment Terms Knowledge
Create/update info record, Sourcing List and Quota arrangement as per the requirement
