    HR Business Partner - Regional HRBP (Sales) - Hyderabad

    Regional HRBP - Hyderabad location


    Responsibilities:
    Managing HRBP activities for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana State

    • Branch visits across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
    • Manage performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.
    • Work on performance improvement plans when necessary.
    • Handling employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary matters, is an essential part of the job.
    • HR professionals in branch banking should ensure that the work environment remains positive and compliant with employment laws.
    • Focusing on employee retention strategies to keep highperforming employees engaged and motivated is vital.
    • Analyze turnover data and work on strategies to reduce attrition.
    • Responsible for training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of branch employees.
    • This could include compliance training, sales training, and customer service training.
