    Description

    Thisposition is open to experienced Business Developmentprofessionals.

    Alsoresponsible for revenue and business growth. The individual willimplement

    businessdevelopment strategy and deliver company proposals and manageclients

    salesinitiatives that are consistent with the companys overallstrategy.

    Weoffer reasonable freedom in hunting for new business partners andbringingin

    revenues.You will be closely working with the Regional Engagement Managersand

    Managementteam.

    Youwill be working with an amazing team and will have tremendousopportunities.

    Tolearn and grow quickly. We are looking for Associates Businessdevelopmentto

    work onour Next Generation Servicepractices.

    Understandproducts and services offered by HTH GlobalNetwork

    partnerServices and be able to articulate its functions and benefitsto

    externalclients.

    Willing to travel throughoutthe designated region and expandthe

    business.

    Lead generation leadqualification prospecting market studytarget

    geographiclocations in order to makepipeline

    Attend to sales inquiriesgenerate sales quotations and providedetailed

    technicaladvice on products/services

    Focus on brand developmentand exceeding sales goals of ourclientele.

    Discovery of strategicbusiness opportunities for our customersthrough

    crossfunction collaboration with category teams sales teamsetc.

    Track and monitorperformance and sales of key accounts tomanage

    theirperformance

    Number centric and strivesto meet or exceed sales targets ondaily

    weeklymonthly and quarterlybasis.

    Support the marketing teamand Analysts towardscompetitive

    positioninganalysis of new leads and existingclients.

    Provide regular and accuratereporting of pipeline and forecastthrough

    theCRMsystem.

    Practice effective excellentcommunication with leadershipcustomers

    andextended team andpartners.

    Participate in teambuildingand companygrowth activitiesincluding

    strategicplanning sales training customer marketing effortsand

    customercare.

    Follow up withanalysts/customers for order closure communicatingwith

    operationsfor order processing and managing customersthereof.

    Updates job knowledge bystudying new product descriptionsattending

    eventsparticipating in trainingsessions.

    Accomplishes department andorganization goals by acceptingownership

    foraccomplishing new and renewalgoals.

    Uphold the firms code ofethics and businessconduct.



    Requirements

    Bacheloror equivalent in Business IT. MBA is aplus.

    13 years of experience insales account managementbusiness

    developmentor partnermanagement.

    Strong fieldbased enterprisesales experience. Complex sales /solution

    salesand extensive large figure dealexperience.

    Ability to develop andexecute Business Development strategiessales

    tacticsplans processes systems andprograms.

    Willing to go the extra milewith a strong work ethic; selfdirectedand

    resourceful.

    Candidate must haveexcellent communication skills both verbaland

    writtenalong with any widely spoken language. Also need to havevery

    goodorganizationalskills.

    Ability to speak the locallanguage isdesirable

    Consistent over achievementof sales goals in a large geographicterritory.

    Knowledge in IT CyberSecurity IT Infrastructure IT Networking Cloud products aremust

    Candidate must be effectivein using Microsoft office andpresentation

    skills

    Bachelor or equivalent, in Business, IT. MBA is a plus. 1-3 yearsof experience in sales, account management, business development,or partner management. Strong field-based enterprise salesexperience. Complex sales / solution sales and extensive largefigure deal experience. Ability to develop and execute BusinessDevelopment strategies, sales tactics, plans, processes, systemsand programs. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong workethic; self-directed and resourceful. Candidate must have excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written along with any widelyspoken language. Also need to have very good organizational skills.Ability to speak the local language is desirable Consistent overachievement of sales goals in a large geographic territory.Knowledge in IT Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, IT Networking,Cloud products are must Candidate must be effective in usingMicrosoft office and presentation skills
