- Gather analyze and review customerrequirements; provide innovative solutions and recommend systemproduct and process enhancements.
- Performconfiguration tasks for SuccessFactors and assist in the testing ofconfigurations to satisfy requests for fixes changes enhancementsand compliance.
- Provide documentation ofbusiness rules functional specifications and process interpretationfor assigned applications systems and businesssolutions.
- Provide applications secondtiersupport for systems issue resolution including monitoring scheduledapplication interfaces ensuring data integrity.
- Coordinate with program development teams on data andinterfaces used by upstream & downstream businessapplications.
- Coordinate with multipleinternal business units including managers and business partners toplan manage and facilitate completion of multipleprojects.
- Provide documentation of businessrules functional specifications and process interpretation forassigned applications systems and business solutions
- Design and create production and adhoc reports andinterface solutions to query needs of the business.
- Monitor scheduled application interface and provide issueresolution and afterhours support as needed.
- Maintain technical system functional awareness andcompetence.
- Assist with systemsimplementations and the evaluation of the results.
- Ability to provide prompt highquality customerservice.
- Perform other duties asassigned.
- Conform with all company policiesand procedures.
- Advanced working knowledge of information systems andoperations systems focused on the SuccessFactors platform for theHR business partner.
- Knowledge of two or morecore SuccessFactors HR modules required.
- Superior organizational skills in planning andprioritizing own workload and initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills withthe ability to communicate technical terminology to people withlimited or no technical understanding.
- Proactive and solutions driven with a high level ofattention to detail.
- Knowledge of projectmanagement methodology (Waterfall Agile).
- Working knowledge of relational databasestructures models and diagrams.
- Ability tointerpret and/or write system documentation and programmingspecifications
- Capable of relating businessissues to the IT staff to achieve the necessary resolution ofissues
- Ability to make sound decisions andexercise good judgment
- Proficiency with theSuccessFactors applications and related integrations
- EC / EC Payroll experience aplus
- Beneficial knowledge of SAP
- Abilityto debug ABAP queries of simple to medium complexity.
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills
- Comfortable leading / presenting liveand remotely facilitated training; communicate succinctly and ableto coach or mentor others
- Must be a teamplayer with good interpersonal skills selfstarter and can workindependently with minimal supervision.

Overview
The SuccessFactors Technical Application Analyst is responsible forproviding analysis and support for Eastmans Human Resourcesbusiness function.
Thisposition is responsible for module implementation administrationand support as well as project analysis design estimation anddocumentation (such as business requirements governance etc.) forall modules in the SuccessFactors platform. This may involve but isnot limited to the analysis design and estimation of medium tolargescale projects product support and coordination with otherteam members. This position involves moderate coordination withother departments business partners and outside vendors in additionto acting as the implementer.
