- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Knowledge of O365 admin portal with basic.
- Provide timely and accurate solutions to users, ensuring mínimal disruption to their workflow.
- Vendor management.
- Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support teams as needed and follow up on the resolution progress.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals for users.
- Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
- Document and maintain records of support requests, solutions provided, and troubleshooting steps taken.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
- Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and training materials for users.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as require
