  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Knowledge of O365 admin portal with basic.
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to users, ensuring mínimal disruption to their workflow.
  • Vendor management.
  • Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support teams as needed and follow up on the resolution progress.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals for users.
  • Assist with user account management, password resets, and access control.
  • Document and maintain records of support requests, solutions provided, and troubleshooting steps taken.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to identify and resolve recurring technical issues.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest technologies and industry trends to provide proactive support and recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and training materials for users.
  • Participate in IT projects and initiatives as require

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
