Job Description

Leader, who is accountable for EndtoEnd delivery for the account / Sector
To lead large transformation program for Global Automotive client
Work with internal business units to drive growth of the sector / account to meet the ambitious growth of IBU
Establish / Refine process improvement, Productivity Improvement, Agile model of working
Financial Management, Forecasting and Driving Margin Improvement programs
Support presales for account growth, reviewing new deals, presentation to clients
Work with multiple internal stakeholders, service lines and support functions to drive required outcome
Primary Skills
Individual is a leader with 20+ years of experience in IT industry
Proven record in managing large team (100+ team members), should have handled complex programs across Transition, AMS, Rollouts, transformation programs preferably in SAP or Cloud technologies or its combination
Strong understanding on various delivery models, estimation methods and executed programs on multiple commercial models
Should have strong business process knowledge in Manufacturing industry
Should have expertise in Agile way of working and executed programs in Agile models
Should be a fast learner and has knowledge on latest technology happenings
Secondary Skills
Excellent understanding in Contract Management, MSA, Quality Management and Risk Management
Acts as a Coach, developing new talents for the future
Experience in leading / delivering SAP S4HANA will be an added advantage
