- Develop RTL-level codes using VHDL/Verilog for pre-existing high-level image processing algorithms.
- Collaboration with the image processing team to implement high-level algorithms in FPGA.
- Synthesize and compile the HDL codes.
- Debugging and logic verification at the RTL level.
- Efficiently use and create IP (Intellectual Property) blocks to customize firmware development.
- Optimize codes and timing synchronization for embedded hardware requirements.
- Define and conduct testing and troubleshooting of codes using digital hardware kits.
- Ensure hardware compatibility, efficiency, and reliability of the firmware.
- Document the design and development iterations of firmware following standard industry practices.
- Get engaged in the recruiting and training of new engineers.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in firmware development for advanced image processing algorithms.
- Proficiency in embedded VHDL/Verilog and C/C++.
- Understanding of digital electronics and RTL codes.
- Strong debugging skills.
- Hands-on experience in testing with FPGA boards such as Xilinx.
- Good knowledge and understanding of image processing algorithms.
- Ability to work in a mission-focused, operational environment.
