    Description

    Bijak is looking for a creative SEO specialist to optimize the content on our website based on analytics and keyword research. The SEO specialist will also be responsible for researching advertising and website layout trends that will generate more page traffic. To be successful as an SEO specialist you must be willing to keep abreast of industry innovations and trends. A good SEO specialist values quality content as well as technical insight to optimize the website for search engines.

    • Architect and execute an SEO strategy prioritizing Mobile app search optimization (65%) alongside website SEO (35%), to boost organic traffic and downloads.
    • Spearhead backlink acquisition strategies to enhance organic web presence and app visibility.
    • Drive organic traffic growth through strategic link-building initiatives and partnerships.
    • Amplify organic app downloads by optimizing app store listings and leveraging app-centric digital marketing tactics.
    • Conduct regular and thorough analytics reviews for both the website and the app to monitor performance metrics and identify areas for optimization.
    • Create and manage keyword portfolios for various content categories to guide the production of SEO-friendly content that aligns with user search intent
    • Keep abreast of competitor performance in terms of web and app rankings, traffic, and content strategy
    • Generate and distribute comprehensive reports on a regular basis to provide insights into rankings, traffic, backlink profile, and competitor analysis.
    • Continually assess and adapt content strategies based on keyword analysis to stay ahead in search rankings.

    Candidate Attributes

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 5 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
    • Experience web analytics, marketing, and business development
    • Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
    • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Should be well versed with tools like Appsflyer, Firebase, SEMrush, A Href & Analytics
    • In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
    • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
    • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
    • Team player
    • Good time-management skills
    • Great interpersonal and communication skills
