The Central Funding Hub - Secured Financing (CFH SF) desk within Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) group has an exciting opportunity to be part of the Business Management team.

The CFH SF team is a rapidly growing, dynamic team with a mandate to expand its activities to providing trading capabilities across repo and stock lending products in order to meet CGM's liquidity management needs.

In this role you will be supporting business management needs holistically across Secured financing - thereby providing you with well-rounded exposure to and learning across the activities undertaken.

You will be responsible for effective management of allocated processes and you will have an opportunity to drive change projects to enable new activities.

This will require you to co-ordinate and track engagements, agreements and delivery of artefacts across various stakeholders including front office, operations, legal, FMG and RMG risk teams including credit and compliance.

You will be working closely with the trading desk in a proactive problem-solving capacity.

You will learn and understand the workflow of different internal processes and take part in CGM Central related projects to support CFH SF in delivering requirements.

You will need to be equipped with exceptional analytical and communication skills, be proactive and eager to learn. You will need to have strong organisational and project management skills.

You will need to be a team player and have good people skills including ability to building trust and strong relationships.

A knowledge of securities finance transactions (stock loan and repo) is desirable.
